DO NOT PROCEED |
| WHO | is the best person to carry the message to the classroom? Maybe you are not the right person. Be careful when talking outside your area of expertise. |
| WHAT | do you know that the students need to learn? Prepare several different topics to make you more attractive as a class presenter. |
| WHEN | is the best time to deliver your message. Maybe when you want to talk at the school isn’t the time they are studying your subject. |
| WHERE | does your message fit the curriculum. You can’t just talk about whatever you want. There has to be a reason— a connection to the curriculum. |
| WHY | should a teacher give up precious teaching time for you? Their day is jam-packed. |
| HOW | can you help the teacher do his or her job? |
Don't try to run a one-man-show. You can't do that at work, so don't try it in the classroom.
Don’t stop with classroom presentations.
